Need ASP and PHP programmers

I'm in need of a few ASP or PHP developers for a project (Preferably PHP). The project that we will be doing will pay $300 to $400 with other projects to come. Please PM me with previous work. I'm open to working with non-us companies, however, prefer US based companies so that we may speak by phone. Please do not bid unless you can show previous work from a professional online portfolio. Non-US based companies should be willing to work without pay until job is complete. US based companies must sign a legal binding agreement prior to commencement of work.
