I need to create a component for medical appointments on Joomla. My client is a medical clinic that wants to receive online bookings. These are the requests: The user should make a reservation in 6 steps: 1. The user log in 2. The user select the service for which you wish to request a reservation 3. The user select from two options (radio button) 4. the user sees a map of the clinic and how to reach 5. the user must choose the day and times of preference, however, indicating only available times 6. The system confirms the choices required .. once confirmed will generate a PDF and an e-mail that comes to you with all the booking and the system reaches the reservation [login to view URL] Pdf confirmation you should enter a code (bar code, QR codes or numerical code). In the future the possibility of having other functionalities for appointments such as automated email, sms reminder, sync with outlook/google calendar . Negotiable price however limited budget.
