225740 php 5.2.5 fix

I have a site located at [login to view URL], im moving it from a php 4 server to php 5 however for whatever reason when trying to isntall the database tables i keep getting an error... I suspect this is a simple problem that has to do from the change from php 4 to php 5 as i do not get this problem on my server with php 4 and they are both configured exactly the same... anywaybody who can fix this for $10 or less let me know
