We need to limit access to our download page to only 1 time a day - identified by IP address. - A mysql database should keep track of all IP addresses accessing the download page - If a second attempt is detected, user should be redirected to another url - Crontab should run a php file every midnight to reset IP address database (all IP addresses should be archived after reset) Budget $25
