Create a User generator for Wordpress 4.x or Joomla 3.3.x

I need a simple plugin/component created for wordpress 4.x or Joomla 3.3.x The plugin should auto generates user profiles with username, password (readable), userlevel, email and the created list needs to be exportable as csv Goal is to provide username and password to leads who then can access the protected part of the site Nothing fancy needed, just a field where to add how many users are needed, then submit and get the output I will favor all the ones who take the time to read this description and know what they are talking about.
