OS Commerce - ajax attribute manager not adding prices or proudcts

We have an OS Commerce shop this is using the Ajax attribute manager to add options to products. The options appear on the product page, but when an option is selected and the product added to the cart, it does not appear in the cart. The cart only shows the main item without the options and does not change the price. Here is the product: [login to view URL] If you select 1.5" from the drop down menu, it should add $2.00 to the price of the item. This is not working. We would also like to change the drop down menu to show the actual price of the option value. We need this fixed ASAP ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
