registration form php

Hi, I have a registration form for a script (script is using custom MVC architecture). It is an auction script, need the reg form modified so they can also post auction at point of order. Will involve adding 3/4 fields with appropriate validation and a "more button" if they wish to post more. Quick job, 2/3 hours, need done today. Thanks
