Magento plugin - LiveChat integration

We are looking for a developer experienced with Magento. It will be the first shoot, but knowledge about other ecommerce systems, including osCommerce, Zen Cart and PrestaShop, will be appreciated. We will ask you to create a LiveChat plugin that will integrate the external LiveChat script (JavaScript codes, similar to Google Analytics) with Magento templating system. The plugin should be able to install the code and create a license using remote LiveChat API (the JavaScript responsible for that is already prepared, though - no additional work required). The pricing refers to Magento integration.
