Magento Amazon checkout integration fix

We currently have a magento site that has amazon checkout installed. When customer tries to checkout through amazon checkout a popup window opens up that takes them to amazon site login. As soon as they enter their login information that windows shuts down immediately. And customer is not able to proceed further. We need this error resolved.
