Modify Web Chat Dating Site

I have a website program live web cam dating, but this site is difficult as it lacks emails or some type of notification to the performers that members are trying to reach them. I need email notification, and a mechanism that requires the person to pay to send emails, like a membership then I need the program to allow the performers to bill per minute (or just pay per block of time) if the member wants to go to the vip room or private room. So far the script has been written to only allow for pay per min viewing and not for the membership fee as well. Also, I want the performers to be able to upload video for view, but only available to be viewed by paid membership. * the site already has ability to have video uploaded for view, but I want the site to prompt the person to join as a member to view the videos or go further in site. please view my site and click around and let me know if you can help me. It needs some type of email notifications. and a prompt to join to go further to view the videos or more of the site. This is the major down fall of the site. I will also need to have some of the pages changed of course, the graphs on those pages to accomodate the email pages and pages for membership prompt to pay, right now I have an outside website for the credit card where it redirects the traffic for billing of the credit card. I feel these type of things will make the site more usable and allow the performers to make money for live chat as well as view of videos and allow the site to make money for memberships.
