Our clients suffer delays in making phone appointments because we have limited secretarial staff. We would like to solve this problem by hosting an online schedule organiser on our Linux-Apache server. Clients should be able to schedule an appointment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No more need to schedule only during office hours. We currently use a system written in php which serves one doctor well, but has some severe limitations which this project aims to overcome. We prefer a straight forward installation routine, but if this is not available or 100% reliable then we will also like help in installing the system to our server and configuring it.
More detailed information is given in the attached "Scheduler Appointment [login to view URL]" document. Please do not bid if you have not read this document.
I will also consider bids using Mono (<[login to view URL]>) and Infragistics NetAdvantage scheduler (<[login to view URL]>) or Infragistics Jsuite scheduling toolset for Java (<[login to view URL]>)
If you have the necessary experience of these rapid deployment tools then feel free to bid with detailed listing of how you plan to implement the application with listing of component costs etc.
It is understood that component costs will be separate from the cost of the RAC implementation bid.
