Wordpress custom image slider with auto-resize and randomize

I need a custom Image slider for a widget column of my Wordpress site. It is OK if you use an existing plugin, but you have to customize it perfectly. 1 - Look at the two images in attach file ! 2- Must have icon images in separate .PNG so I can edit it EASILY ( title, NEXT / Prev , etc ) 3- Slider show each image under a specific Category ( Every images under the XYZ Categories ) 4- Each image is automatically re-size to fit perfectly into the slider. 4.1 - Option to manage this thumbnails if I do not like the auto one 5- Image are changing randomly every X seconds . 6- Install the slider into my Wordpress, with perfect alignment to the existing elements 7- The Previous button go to the previous images ( Not a random one ) 8- Title of the image appear on roll over ( With an easy to manage CSS STYLE ) 9- Image link to the specific image page 10- The result must be really good looking, well designed, with border, rollover, etc .. I need something really modern . * Must be compatible with all major browsers ** No flash ! *** Would like somebody ready to start to work REALLY soon ! **** Every other idea, suggestion and proposition are welcome !
