**The object of website will be the stock-exchange of quotes (*shares*) of **commercial projects**.** These projects will be publicly quoted, and their quotes will be available for buying to people that subscribe to our website (*Users*). Each project will have a description page and a review page with graphs displaying the economic trend of its quotes, just like a normal stock-exchange quote. New projects will have a *Starting Quotation*, that is the amount of money that is needed for the project to start; this sum will be divided into a definite number of quotes (usually 100), and each User can buy one or more quotes. When all quotes are covered, the project starts, and the value of its quotes grows. Quotes can be sold an bought between users; the buying and selling process will be processed by our website. The value of a project's shares is defined by incomes and outcomes: because we will quote only internal projects, our *IMS* (Internal Management System) will periodically calculate the economic trend of the projects and thus automatically update the value of the quotes. Project can be quoted for a definite period of time (e.g. a year) and then 'uninvested': in this case, the website will calculate the amount of earning or loss for each quote and the Users will be able to withdraw their earnings, or re-invest them. In case of a project 'uninvested' and then re-invested after a period of time, the Users that used to own quotes of that project will be asked if they want to have their quotes again, and the 'invitation list' will be made in base of the number of quotes owned before and other parameters, such as the total amount of money invested.
