Voting integration for Wordpress

Need a voting plugin built for my self hosted wordpress website. Each day, voting will take place on 6 images which are being pulled in from 6 other specific websites via screenscrape (which is already finished and working). Some quick project requirements: 1. One Vote per IP (or cookie based) per day 2. Voting Starts at Midnight CST 3. 6 vote buttons, once voted, vote buttons fade away and are replaced with current percentages of the results (could be displayed graphically, or with a graph API, google charts) 4. Admin side: Show number of votes 5. Admin side: Tally total Votes 6. Winning daily shirt is styled differently than the others (div switch ?) 7. Archive page ??" display image/thumb of that day’s winning shirt 8. Stats page - ability to paste some code which will publicly display the more votes etc See attached image for example of the archive page.
