198844 Template Generator Blueprint

I need an experienced website programmer to help me author a technical formal "blueprint" for a web page template generator project. Project summary: The template generator is for my customers to "build" and edit their own 1-page advertising domain URL. Example: [login to view URL] They would access a "control page" (template wizard) on my site where they can input their page title, product name, links and details in some text fields. When partially or completely finished, they can click a "Preview" button (Opens in a new window) to see how their page looks from their browser. When satisfied, they can click “Save” or "Save as…" which lets them download the HTML page to their own hard drive. From there they can upload the page (and image file) to their domain server via normal FTP or other "publishing" means. There is NO need to save any page input data on my server or database as it is only a one-page "set up" wizard to help the users get started. The user's generated page will be their "default" product sales promotion page, but if they have some HTML knowledge or want to hire a custom web designer, they can later make any changes they want or (for example) add other pages or different skins, however my service won't support those, so they will be on their own with anything beyond the basic "default" page. About the design: The page design is in the "background", meaning it is white and displays only their product text, buy button links, image and optional affiliate or Google ads, nothing else. This brings the attention to the product is used strictly as one-page advertising & sales promotion tool. Since the design is only for one page, it doesn't need an external CSS file, but some style "text/css" script can go inside the head (before body) as needed for ease of saving, editing and uploading to their own server. Project considerations... Complete length of this project "blueprint" is expected to be about 2 - 3 pages long. The programmer/consultant who write's this up will also get a chance to program this project if their price bid is reasonable. After we get started I will attach some more details and some links so you can preview some demo pages (as needed) to decide how to best write the blueprint for this project design. Total hours for this blueprint writing phase is estimated to be about 2 - 3 hours, but may vary depending on your background and experience.
