Shopping Deals Site Coding and Design

This is a deal shopping site, please only bid if you had previos experience and references and is fluent and english. And remember this is atleast a 3 part job and you are only bidding on doing first part. I have a design that I drew up, it does not have to be exact but I would like it similar. The design will have to be XHTML and CSS valid. This is a 3-part job, are only bidding on completing the first part which details below: This job will consist of coding a design, building an Admin Panel, User System, image saving system where I would just copy the url of an image it and it would automatically save in my host to display on my page, also all links that will be going out on this site will show as a redirect link instead of showing the actual url. That is just a quick overview of what this job will consist of. So please only bid if you have experience and done a similar job before.
