Scripts needed ASAp

I am looking for two scripts : One ))) We write a messege and put is the script and click submit and the messege starts delivered to people in Yahoo chat rooms and the messege should to people in Chat rooms as chat [login to view URL] second script must redirect the yahoo captchas to a script where my guys can enter captchas and the script must have a counter that how many captchas have been entered and how many are correct and how many are wrong also the script must have option where i can create User accounts where my guys can have their accounts to type the captchas. Dont forget : its basically a yahoo messege sending script that i am looking for that will send messeges to people in chat rooms if you have any other Idea for me do let me know if some thing seems better then this. Payment will be half excrow and will be realeased on completing the project and once all ok will be paid 100% according to your Bid thanks Do Not bid so high that i cant afford so i am looking for some reasonable programmers that can show me results in 3-4 days
