393826 Php-mysql live stream

Dear programmers, This project is for a full website. It needs to be done by using php and mysql. I am going to provide basic html pages (without any design) to show you exactly what i want. You have to make a nice design as well as coding. I have got 4 years experience on php mysql myself. So i know what is good coding. I want a website which users can register, upload videos, do live streaming from their web cams or from their video files on their computers or from a pc satellite card or from a pc tv card. Users need to pay to watch some videos so payment gateways needs to be adapted. There will be review options as well. Admin back end also must be created. I do not want any cms systems. Site must be created from scratch. There will be no escrow payment. 50% of fee will be paid after seeing a full finished website and getting the full source codes. 50% of fee will be paid after 15 days trial, All the bugs must be fixed before paying the full payment.
