280050 PHP/JavaScript Form

***Project Overview*** The project centers on a secure (HTTPS) form that is written in HTML, accesses a JavaScript file for pre-submission validation, writes data to a file once the form fields are validated in JavaScript and PHP (after it is submitted, of course), and then generates a simple Thank You page in PHP. ***Details on Assistance Required*** The HTML form is complete. Certain fields are validated in JavaScript based on simple requirements (phone numbers, social security, alpha characters only, etc.). The data file is currently being written. So, about 95% is completed. However, the PHP form processor doesn't validate all of the form fields and some validation issues are slipping by some browsers on the JavaScript validation functions. Lastly, some of the data writing to the file was created and it is incorrect. The data file is not tab or comma delimited, but based on fixed character positions (i.e. field one starts at character space 1 and ends at character 15, field two starts at character position 16 and ends... etc.). I need someone to assist in editing the JavaScript and PHP code to validate the form fields to make it accurate and pass back to the user when they do not fill in the fields correctly and I need the data that is being written to be correct. Some of the fields are being written into the data file incorrectly. I estimate a total of 1-2.5 hours of work for a JavaScript/PHP programmer based on who I've worked with in the past. Access to the secure site may be limited, but the content can be set up on any PHP/HTTP server.
