Hello, I have a small business with approx 5 sales reps. They login to an interface to make their calls (See attached) The problem is that they are too distracted by trying to choose which "hot new lead" to call which results in allot of time wasting. My solution to this problem is to only let them see 1 hot new lead at a time and not give them the choice to call any lead they want. I also want to give them error messages for a variety of different situations. Everything is explained very clearly in attached documents so you can see exactly what your dealing with.
