I need to create a page that will be accessed by 2 offices. Basically there is 2 types of jobs that 2 offices do. Job Type A and Job Type B. The 2 offices do both jobs no big deal I want users in each office to be able to add when a job comes in, When one comes in the (see [login to view URL]) they add the job using a form. They select with office it is. Users are able to login to the main page at any time.... (demo_page) and see what the status of the jobs are who is driving and the destination etc... straight forward... So users should be able to edit the job, and the system should record who has entered/edited the job.... see the sample pages...... 1. I need this done quickly, 2. I need to get this much functionality first and may add more later, 3. if interested send me examples of relevant work. 4. you will not be considered if you just send lots of design jobs. 5. state why you can do this job, and how long it will take, + any questions. 6. state the country you are from.
