Manga Website

Hello, I am a Programmer as well. I am fluent in all fields besides Flash and C langs. I would like to first start off by saying I have a fun of 90 to 150 dollars to spend on a good hand in helping me. In return for any less or anything I can provide a payment in the near future after you received this one of course. I am looking to go big on the naruto side of the website but including all manga with web scrapping with PHP mainly. This is just going to crawl and gather a few images and names that I can easily handle on my own. I just want a helping hand so I can feel the project out more carefully and more fluently. The website will be kind of a big project but nothing that is going to take very long. There will be only PHP-OOP classes and majority of everything will be based on JavaScript/Ajax so an instant update almost. I need to come up with a decent theme or something to alter completely so there is a lot of things to do. Please place the word got you somewhere in your bid or private message to know your not some copy and pasting troll. Consider my price range to be fair because i'm not requesting you to do all the work I am requesting the better part of helping me complete it with ideas and coding. Your welcome to list an idea or your own ads to be shown or even partner up for future profits via ads or some other idea!. Let me know your intentions and I'll be sure to share mine as well I need a good partner or a short term helper.
