Looking for PHP Coder with ClipBucket experience! ASAP

We need a PHP coder that is proficient with the clipbucket software. You MUST be able to rewrite certain parts of this software. We need a few custom things such as a redesigned login interface and redesigned video sorting upon upload, we need much more but will not disclose. The things we need done are fairly complicated so you must have very good PHP skill. And again you must understand the ClipBucket script well enough to add any functionality to it. MUST be able to pass a sample test that I will give you before you are awarded the project.
