Javascript small bug fixing / enhancements

The project consist in several small bug fixes & enhancement on website s h a r e d - hou s e.com. The page where work is needed is the following: v a c a n c y [login to view URL] (remove the spaces) An example is available on the following page: www.s h a r e d -h o use .com/v a c a n c y [login to view URL];langue=en&style=1 The 2 things needed are the following: 1. The behavior of this little popup calendar (visible on form fields "Arrival date" and "Departure date") is not nice. When opening, the calendar automatically opens in top position and so the whole screen scrolls upwards. The javascript need to be changed so that the calendar opens without moving through the screen. 2. When a date an arrival date is already selected, then the javascript of the small calendar for the "Departure Date" should be changed to open on the month selected for the "Arrival date" instead of the current month. Many other enhancements are needed for this website, so if this project is successful, then this can evolve in a long term collaboration.
