34741 Google Keyword Analizer

Looking for someone with programming experience for apps using the Google API ... I need a simple script that will take any keyword query and do the following: 1) Gather the top ten results 2) *KeywordsTitle* Analyze keywords in Title of results for exact keyword match even if it's a multiple keyword phrase, then report the number of results that match and be a number from 0-10 (the number of ten results matching for Keywords) 3) *GoogleResults* the number of total results as reported by Google for the search query. 4) *AverageBacklinks* of the top ten results grab the number of backlinks for each and display the average backlinks number. 5) *ProfitIndex* will be displayed from the following equation: (KeywordsTitle + GoogleResults) / 100,000 + AverageBacklinks I would like all variables to be displayed in a table format and if possible a button added to append the results into a comma delimited text file so that I can save the results and work with them in a spreadsheet. I know this will most likely require the use of a Google API key which I would like an input box to be able to enter this number into. I would prefer the script to be written in Javascript so that it can be used on any computer platform, but if PHP is easier I can go with that as long as the installation instructions are not too difficult. My budget for this is tight, I'm looking to pay around $50 but can't pay more than $100 If you have done work with the Google API then setting this up shouldn't be too difficult as you should already have most of the code already done. I will not even consider bids from people who send generic bids where I can clearly see you haven't read through the description.
