Drupal Template conversion to Responsive web

We are a web design and development company based in Maryland, USA. This project posting is an overflow of work and we need help from a freelancer. Please find below details for this project: We have a Drupal website that needs to be converted to become responsive to mobile devices. Template needs to be updated with @media queries. There is no need to replace the current template to a responsive one. We just need the CSS files and HTML files updated so it is responsive. Please include your previous works on responsive websites. We will only entertain bids from freelancers/companies that have already experience with Drupal and Responsive web.
