We need a draggable <div> popover that will only "popup" when a cookie has expired. We need the cookie to expire only after a session is done. In other words, when a user first visits our website, they will see the popover, however, when they click to another page in our site, the popover will no longer popup. If the browser is closed, and a new one is opened (starting a new session) they will again see the popover on the first page they visit.
So here are the basics of what we need:
Draggable <div> popover element:
We need these three things available for this element so that we may edit/alter them at any time:
1. The position it pops up at in regards to the user's window width and height (-x of [login to view URL]) and distance from the top of user's browser window.
2. The draggable element's width and height can be edited so that we can insert any content of any size per our need.
3. A small script to delay the popover's popup time in seconds (0+)
Cookie to set the popover to visible or hidden on visit.
**The code for this small element must be clean, easy to read and well notated so that we can edit the physical properties of the <div> tag**
