We are looking for a committed and innovative developer who can help us create a new XML Web services directory/repository, that will have both an fully available web services interface and various front ends. It must be enterprise class ready. The decision to go with Java or .Net has not been taken yet. Development will involve the latest technologies and standards, such as WS-Policy, WS-I Basic Profile and some great tools (.Net, Java WSDP and new open source packages). WE are ONLY looking for individual developers, NO companies/teams should apply. Please only apply if you are: - able to speak/write/understand fluent English - highly motivated, innovative, and very accurate thinking - are able to work using skype (so you must have high speed internet) - be patient and resourceful - a quick learner, since this role is highly demanding - experience generally in the internet and technology Your programming skills must be first class. You must show a knowledge of XML. The work will involve a great deal of research, design and documentation, and you must be able to hold to your opinion within a group of highly professional people, and have experience and knowledge to back up your ideas.
