Make Java .jar game emulator playable on website in browser

I want someone to take an Emulator called AEPgb (which emulators game boy and game boy color games) and make it playable on my website in the browser. You can download the file here to check it out [login to view URL] It must be dynamic. In other words, I should be able to specify on the html page what game rom to load and also be able to specify what user is playing the game because this must also support saving so when a user on my site plays a game using this emulator, it'll create a save file based on the game's name and the user's id. My budget is $50.
