We are looking for a super-star developer who writes clean modular OO code whether it is in JAVA or PHP, adheres to MVC design patterns, and ALWAYS documents his code (did we say always? We mean it!). He/she must be able to work quickly and meet aggressive deadlines. The right candidate will be at home on any *nix platform. In fact, we prefer someone whose platform of choice for all computing is *nix. Additionally, we have a strong preference for individuals that are fluent in Russian and reside in the former USSR. To date, we have hired only native Russian speakers (four in total) for full-time work and we are very pleased with them. Please reply with some code samples and include "I'm Russian" in your reply.
