creating a job site filter

Hey guys I would like to search for jobs that are not posted by recruiters. Which means when I go to Monster and Craigslist, dice etc.. and search for job I would like to be able to filter for the names of the recruiters and maybe the name of some other companies. I assume you can do in three ways, or 1) Literally build a program to filter sites themselves Monster, career builder etc...which sounds like a heavy job because there is unlimited sites, unless you can have some universal program 2) Grab all the results that i want into RSS feed and filter that (which seems much easier) 3) Help me create a proper search algorithm to filter them out When you make a bid, please put the number of which strategy you prefer to take, or simply put 4 for other.
