OS Commerce custom install

We are building 3 or 4 new OS Commerce sites. Looking for someone to do the installing of OS commerce and some contributions and basic design. We are very flexible on this. Below is a list of the contributions we need. We would like a bid for 1 site. The other sites will basically be mirrow sites with the same data but maybe different pricing. We want to keep everything in some sort of a excell or csv file so we can make changes and do a quick upload.
