Hi, there's actually nothing else apart from plugins and the theme to know. But prior getting into a contract, you must let me know the names of the plugin and the theme. I will just create a new prototype, in what all or most of the plugin will be group-able, sharing functions and algorithm.

Hello This is basically a filler bid, to get in touch, because without the site and plugin list I cannot really know the complexity of the current site, what functionality are needed. Apart from the url and the plugin list I would need a full backup before I can start any work. I think that having a solid backup is anyway very important and I would need it to recreate the website on my host, where I can access everything to test and see what causing the major server loads. It is not enough to analyze the plugin, the database also has to be checked. Sometimes badly written plugins or theme can insert huge amount of junk data into the database and cause extra server load. There are cases, when rebuilding the theme won't really help, this occurs with very large wordpress installs, with many many functionalities and users/high traffic sites. In that cases basically the best idea is to get rid of all the possible plugins by implementing them in the theme, optimize all the css and js files and get a way better server.
