Fix captcha function on two web forms

I have a wordpress website with two forms that don't seem to be functioning correctly... The first form is the newsletter subscribe function on the bottom left of this page: [login to view URL] This form seems think the user gets the captcha wrong all the time. The captcha image refresh also does not work. The second form is the contact us form on this page: [login to view URL] The captcha image refresh in this form does not work. I need a programmer who can fix these issues so both forms and captchas function correctly.
