Before creating a proposal please read the full description below and review the reference website. We will not consider any proposal that does not refer to the specific items discussed in this description. Include in the proposal the specific platform and the time to deliver the final product. Before payment is released the website will be installed on our server by you and tested in that environment. We will be creating a website that is a redesign of [login to view URL] The design of the website will occur in phases. The first phase is the graphic design and creating of the aproximately 30 pages with text and graphics. The new site will NOT include a user login or calculators. We are asking for two proposals. One proposal for phase one and a separate proposal for phase two. The new web site will have all unique text and be seo optimized for specific phrases which will be included in the final project plan. The graphic design of the web site will be maintain the simple feel of the reference site but be original. The site must utilize CSS and some form of CMS. Phase one of the project will be the landing page only. This phase will include the installation of the platform, CSS setup and the web site graphic design and landing page text. The platform and design must be flexible enough to accommodate phase two and additional phases (NOT included in this proposal) The second phase is the design and implementation of the approximately 30 additional pages. Additional phases, not included in this proposal, will include: - onsite blog - additional pages that are seo optimized for specific US locations. - additional pages seo optimized for specific niche markets - PDF downloads - web site analytics - private area with a user login - a private user forum Please be sure to include separate proposals for phase one and two.
