I am an experienced .NET developer, and this is a rather large project. I would recommend doing this in an agile/scrum format, and changing the requirements to a feature/features to implement within a single sprint. We should keep the sprints pretty short, say 3 to 5 days. Release the feature/features and allow testing while I move on to next sprint with next set of feature(s) and bug fixes. My bid is very aggressive as well is my time frame based on similar projects I have worked on.
