Build Counselling Website

I require a counselling website to be built in wordpress. The website will be called LifeQuest Counselling. URL: [login to view URL] I want it to look similar to the attached tiff #1. I want changing images in the checkered space below the header. I like the blacks and greys with the brown and green highlights in the lower area in tiff #2 but with the checkered image area as in the first tiff. I want the area below the image to be in three columns rather then two. I want to put content in the centre column and in the the left and right sidebars I want some widgets and content. I want to be able to have the main page sidebar widgets/content change to page specific widgets/content as a person goes into subpages. I want the header a little wider and my picture in the top right part of the header like in [login to view URL] I am going to need several subpages similar to the website guystuffcounseling.com. You will notice that [login to view URL] has three columns like I want. It also has a persons image in the top right corner like i want. I want the menu on the left side like on this site. I have attached a tiff #3 of that. I want the content setup to be similar to [login to view URL] BUT NOT THE LOOK!
