Viewer.swf modification

I need a modification to a Macromedia Breeze flash presentation. I had a modified viewer file to customize my flash opening to reflect my company name instead of Macromedia Breeze, however, the revision causes a slight jump instead of transitioning smoothly to the first slide of the flash presentation. I'm hoping to have this changed as necessary to create a smooth transition from viewer to slides. Please cite experiences modifying similar Breeze presentations or experience in creating new viewer by modifying fla file to stay within Breeze viewer format.
