Streaming video from iphone

Hello, I am looking for someone who can build an app that will interact with the iphone's built-in camera and stream the video/audio to a server. This has been done before by companies such as Qik ([login to view URL]). If someone can do this, it will lead to a long lasting relationship. Please see the attached document for the specs and also please show me any examples that show your experience with this.
