3442 Streaming Radio-Fast Svc Pleas

I currently have Winamp's shoutcast installed on a server and I want to customise website setup and add more features. If you are good at graphics then you are welcome to do the complete site and I will throw a bonus your way i.e. if your design is good enough to where I do not need to find a designer too. Whats critical to me is to have functional code especially on the player requirements. This is also a test project. Through this I'm hoping to find a coder I can work with on a number of projects.
