T-shirt customisation website

This is a T-shirt customisation Website that allows my customers to choose/upload pictures, drag and drop onto "t-shirt" pictures that i have. First of all: I need the website to be done in less than 2 weeks. 1 week if possible. Please look at the files that i uploaded together with this. Those are webpages of Macromedia Dreamweaver's Templates. But the content is somehow similar to what i need. Criteria: 1. I would like it to be a blog format like what i have uploaded. However, i would seriously need some modifications to the current designs. 2. I need a drag 'n drop shopping cart like this: [login to view URL] 3. I need a customisation process like this: [login to view URL] 4. Ease to update and maintain my website is also important. 5. I need to enter my daily views about the business since it is a blog. Hence time stamps and all that kind of stuffs should be taken care of. 6. Please be sure that server that is used for hosting should have an uptime of 99% of the time at least. 7. The ways how data ( pictures of finalised t-shirts created by customers) is up to the designer. 8. Website designers who can inform me how to increase traffic and pushing the ranking up on search engines will also be appreciated. 9. Satisfied project winner will also be given another project in due time which i am currently looking at now. So far there's all to it. i believe most of the criteria are nothing as most of you guys are already very professional. Hence, that was just to inform those who are less skilled.
