Online Relational Database Application - MySQL and AJAX (using Yahoo UI)

We need an online application created accessible via browser. **The application will consist of: **Essentially a parent record with a dozen or so fields with child records which have just a few fields including another child.? There are a number of fields which are simple single lookup selections. The parent records? form a hierarchy within themselves. **Desired requirements: **1.? The database? records may be shared with other account users and various levels of authority (edit or display). 2.? A global string SEARCH is required across all data in the user's account. We already have the entity relationship diagram designed.? We also have a clear idea of the screen designs and the processes. We think a Tomcat server with Yahoo UI's and MySQL database are the best technology to use. **Important: **•? GUI / screen design should be clear, modern. •? Screen refreshed should be rapid therefore AJAX is suggested •? Screen field labels and titles in flexible languages. •? Data contents in western and asian fonts permitted. •? Some reports might be required output in PDF format as well as webpage. •? The code should be secure and compiled on server and in such a form on the client that it is difficult to steal the intellectual property. ## Deliverables The project will consist of the following phases.? Approval and signoff of each phase is required before progressing to the next. 1. Final design of the screens, and routines (10%) 2. Build of the database (10%) 3. Build of the working screens (55%) 4. Installation of the system (valued at 25%) **BIDS should include:** 1. Estimated cost 2. THREE different samples of SIMILAR work (not more than 3) - can be screen shots or URL's of websites. 3.
