Login, Ecommerce, Email List Helf Needed For Small Internet TV Station

I am creating an inexpensive Internet broadcasting network from my home. I need someone to create the following elements that I can build into all websites I create for my broadcasters, that will: 1) allow visitors to login to a site utilizing their email addresses and passwords, 2) pay for their access to audio and/or video streams, 3) capture login email addresses for a sites automated mailing list, and 4) that let's broadcasters know, in real time, how many people are listening to their shows. Our website will be similar to the site . Go to this site and try to access its streams, live or pre-recorded, so you'll see what I'm talking about. I need clear, simple instructions on how to integrate these elements into all the individual websites I create for my broadcasters. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The program will need to run in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape, and Apple's new Safari browser.
