GPS data display on a flash map ActionScript+PHP+MYSQL

Basically I need to do the same things I do with an APRS map, but I dont´t want javascript nor applets and I´d like it to be visually nicer. If you don´t know what I´m taking about let´s say I need a dinamic map where I can display mobile objects on it going throuh a path. It is needed for tracking an expedition race on south america. I need a flash app embbeded on a php web page, a system programmed in actionscritp (flash) that accepts a map I upload together with geographic info (latitude, longitude) of its upper left and lower right corners, and that must be displayed as a base map to put objects over. I also need to define special points on the map (CP´s) and assign objects to it (so I must have different kind of objects, each with its own flash graphic associated), and display those objects there with the posibility to open a pop up window and see related info stored on a mysql database. I also need to define a visual path (legs) between those special point and assign a "flavor" to it, also stored on the database and identify that path with a unique color (over the map) I also need to be able to display the position of mobile objects (coordinetes), so this mean that the interface should refresh itself in predefined periods of time requerying the database and refreshing the display. This information would we stored on a MySQL database table with object id, coordinates and timestamp. Each object must have an associated flash graphic, and objects identified as first and last must also have to be easily identified on the map. Technologies to be used: ActionScript PHP MySQL Features should include: * zoom in * zoom out * movement in every direction (shifting map right, left, up and down) * pop up with extended info about and special object on the map * search function for specific objects and relocation and/or zoom in/out on the map to display object, plus some way of highlighting that object * turn on and off specific objects and group of objetcs * interface should be configurable (map frame, tools, objects) If you need further information please make a comment asking so. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. (.fla, .php, .sql files) 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request, or detailed installation instructions. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). 4) Complete design of databases associated and dump files. 5) sample map frame, and flash graphic objects. That would be enough considering this is just version 0.1 Deadline is december 10th. ## Platform Any browser with flash plugin. Any web server with php and mysql support.
