Some of the skills required are: Php,Flash programming skill expertise nice customer support available a few hours everyday Some of the usual tasks include: Answering e-mail from users and performers Sending out money to the performers on a weekly basis. keeping the site free from technical errors SEO expertise and others good means to drive more traffic to the site is obviously useful too. You also kinda have to be a leader and see what to do next to keep the site becoming more popular.
