Flex/flash programmer needed

Hello there, Well I am looking for a flex/flash programmer specifically who is also good at php and facebook and twitter api to add a couple of features to my live website [login to view URL] (Now I strongly advise you to check the website, log in and play around with it to see what the website is all about and to see what you will be playing with) The website is a video chat website that allows users to meet and video chat with people as well as allow users to video call their friends. First off I want to change the template/interface of the current [login to view URL] page into a new one (I have it in psd form so you will have to implement it in php) Then to the features. Its all basically centered around group video calling. Now the website handles one on one video calling but I would like to add some group video calling features to some situations on the website. On the new interface there is a post button. What does that do ? Well you will implement the button such that when a user clicks on it he/she begins a video call/ conference call like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or even slightly similarly to [login to view URL] Now after a panel will appear asking the user to post the link of the call to either facebook, twitter or copy the link to share it themselves. If you post the link on facebook, any user that clicks on the link joins you in the video conference and can begin talking with you even if they are not a user of vidobounce. Any of these sessions can host up to 4 people. Next will be on video calling vidobounce friends. Right now you can call vidobounce friends who are online. I want you to add a tweak whereas when you call one friend on vidobounce you can as well click and add up to two other friends from vidobounce to the call to make a group call. I also want you to implement meeting up to 4 people at once. Last is just a simple tweak where you will create a page for snapshots. Basically now you can take snapshots and share them on facebook, twitter or save them. So I want it such that when a user takes a picture and share it on facebook, it will also be shared on the snapshot page for other users to see like video chatrounds (A facebook application you should check it out) That is about it, I made the details very specific so that you can really understand what needs to be done. The website uses Adobe cirrus (P2P) for the video conferencing and you will be coding from the source code which I have if your interested in the job.
