Flex Flash Designer / Programmer

We are in need of a Flex and/or Flash programmer that can also build eye-catching GUI in their works. You will be given a PowerPoint presentation to convert into an interactive e-learning simulation. The user would be presented an animated clip and you would play that clip based on the selection the user made. Time keeping per questions would also need to be handled in this program. You should have ability in storing information from the Flash program into an online MySQL database. If you like, you can think of this as a very simple game using branched logic to decide what happens next. We will provide ALL the branching instructions to you. You have to present them in a very neatly appearing format. You will also need to know how to compensate for screen resolution. Our animated 3D video clip should be display on 1024 x 768 or higher resolution without any problem. The entire solution will be displayed in an Internet browser and should work in IE7+, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. In order to be considered for this project, you must send us samples of your Flash work that should include what you consider some of your best GUI work. If you are primarily a Flash / Flex person and have a partner that does your GUI design work, that is fine but you have to tell us that is the case. We expect timely and honest communications during this bidding process as well as once the project get started.
