Finish Database website

I need to have a database website completed or rebuilt, after the original programmer failed to do so. The previous coder used .NET and MS SQL server have posted a document explaining what I need the site to do. There are some pages,connections and tables yet to be added. The site is www.strykercontractingservicesllc.com.I will entertain the the notion of reprogramming the site from ground up. I also want a flashier more appealing look to the site. ## Deliverables Please review all the above items and visit the site to see the current status. The "Schedule" tab is where the nuts and bolts of the site start. The login is filled in with and admin user name and password currently. So you can browse through the admin that is currently programmed. You can use the login user "malik" and password "malik to enter the user portion of the site. the wesite is www.strykercontractingservicesllc.com. PLease advise if there are any ways that you can get this site done and functional with current features and included features above.
