Facelift for Website

Website [login to view URL] My hobby site was developed back in 2001. It is beginning to look a bit tired and old looking. I may completely re-design and develop late in 2005. Now, I require professional facelift for the site. Please advise on what you could do to make it look more modern and professional. Also, please let me know costs and timescale by which you could do this. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
