We would like to build a website for nail tech competitions. Nail Techs will be able to download a pic in one or all of 4-5 of our catergories. Pictures are posted and visitors can log on to vote. All contestants and visitors must have a profile set up. One vote per email address per name per catergory. Every month a new set of winners are announced (we may change this to every 3 months). Winners are announced over on the side panel, also the top runner up during the month is announced, who's winning and who's loosing. A chat room and/forum is highly needed. Spot light, Catergories, Chat, contact information are other important links, and terms and conditons and Contest rules. The nail techs pictures will be posted in a star background. Nail The Stars will be our domain name. Underneath the pictures you can see how many people have voted on the picture you can use a bar system but please no star systems. If you think you can pull this project off; Please post your price, must have feedback and have done a project that is at least close to our project. You are in charge of designing the website and coming up with our overall look. Good Luck!
